Terms and Conditions
We warmly welcome you to De Gouverneur and we ask you to inform yourself about our general conditions.

By entering into a rental agreement, these General Terms and Conditions become effective and apply to all users of De Gouverneur.

Rolf Sluiter is the owner and manager of De Gouverneur and can be replaced.

Tenants must have a fixed residence or residence and must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Guests must behave properly and follow the instructions of the owner.

The owner can deny and / or refuse entry to the Governor with immediate effect, in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior, without further notice and reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.

The administration of the owner is decisive in mutual disagreement unless the users can prove otherwise.

The guests of De Gouverneur must comply with our rules of procedure.

Reservation and confirmation
No additional costs will be charged for booking De Gouverneur.

The rental agreement can be concluded by telephone or e-mail (based on availability).

After receiving your reservation request by e-mail or telephone De Gouverneur will send you a confirmation.

Your overnight stay can be paid cash or per pin.

The owner can deviate from these conditions in consultation with the tenant.

The current rates can be found on our website.

If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or if you do not show up 30% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
The amount due must be paid within 5 days.

The Governor has the right more than 48 hours prior to the earliest arrival time (16.00 hours) of the reported arrival date to cancel the definite reservation without stating reasons.

The administrator is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In case of disputes all (legal) costs for the users.

All risks related to a stay in De Gouverneur are at the expense of the user.

We can not be held responsible for personal injuries resulting from the stay in the accommodation.

Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported immediately by the users and reimbursed to the owner.

In case of loss of the keys or the remote control of the gate of the accommodation, all costs resulting from this will be charged to the guest.
